Development of Multi-Functional Surface Treatment 900596

Current surface processing of automotive air conditioning evaporators include chromate conversion coating to hold down the generation of white rust, and hydrophilic treatment to improve the exchange ratio. However, no surface processing presently exists for the elimination of air conditioner's bad odors. This paper covers the development steps of such a process.
