This SAE Aerospace Recommended Practice (ARP) addresses the characteristics required for the definition, development, and acquisition of a satisfactory airframe mounted accessory gearbox (AMAG).
Rationale:
The AE-5B Committee has determined that this standard needs to be stabilized since the information is of value, but the standard need not be an active standard, based on the content of the standard. Therefore, this project is for stabilization of the standard, as is.
