Our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) starts with our people and culture.

SAE Holiday DEI

Culture

We foster an environment that exemplifies collaboration, ignites innovation, and values inclusion, diversity and equity to achieve excellence. SAE employees are invited and encouraged to bring their full selves to their roles, allowing a vibrant array of perspectives to drive organizational progress.

DEI Connection

Connection

We create an environment where employees and volunteers can come together to do their best work. DEI is a shared responsibility across the business, and members of our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and DEI Council work with constituents throughout the organization to emphasize the importance of diverse voices to accomplish SAE’s mission.

Community

SAE exists as a microcosm of the world around us, made up of a group of mobility professionals as brilliant and diverse as the solutions they create. At our core, SAE is an organization built on inclusive collaboration across companies and borders to create the most informed and beneficial societal impact.

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)

Our ERGs provide a source of connection for SAE employees to network and recharge with others who share their identity and interests. Each group has an executive sponsor who supports group initiatives that provide a safe space to explore identity in the workplace and push for organizational change.

Women’s Leadership Network

The Women’s Leadership Network (WLN) ERG empowers women and participating allies to achieve their full potential and drive enhanced business value. The WLN fosters an inclusive work environment, focusing on opportunity for all to participate, connect, and grow together. The WLN provides professional development and mentoring resources enabling women to take an active role in their development.

Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC)

The BIPOC ERG fosters and advances a welcoming, inclusive, and diverse work environment, allowing members and participating allies to network and grow to realize their full potential. The BIPOC ERG supports and empowers its members and allies, using their diverse experiences and skills to drive enhanced business value for employees and the customers they serve.

LGBTQA+

The LGBTQA+ ERG connects LGBTQA+ employees and allies to empower and advocate for the population’s diverse perspectives to promote an inclusive, vibrant community. The LGBTQA+ ERG supports and promotes an environment where every employee, without regard to orientation, may flourish and reach their greatest potential both personally and professionally.

Abilities ERG

The Abilities ERG’s mission creates a space within our workplace where employees with physical and/or neuro disABILITIES (visible and invisible) and their allies feel valued, supported, and included. The Abilities ERG encourages collaboration with others in a culture where everyone can be their authentic selves in the Fullsight community, allowing individual identities to thrive and inspire others.

Veterans & Military ERG

The Veterans & Military ERG connects, supports, develops, and empowers veterans and military enabling them to achieve their full potential and drive enhanced business value. The Veterans & Military ERG fosters an inclusive work environment dedicated to raising awareness and bringing together veterans and military members of the Fullsight community and encouraging each other through shared experiences.

"We are deeply committed to shaping a workplace where all employees feel safe to be their authentic self and where our differences help us achieve our mission.  We strive to maintain policies and practices that attract diverse talent, ensure equitable access to opportunities and advancement, prevent unconscious institutional discrimination, ensure a sense of belonging for all, and constantly evolve as we learn. Through this pledge, we will Progress, Together.”
