Exhibit Space Pricing

Industry: $2,500 per 10’x10’ space
University: $2,000 per 10’x10’ space

 

Fee includes:

  • 10’x10’ exhibit space
    • 8’H back drape, and one 8’H side drape, blue drape
    • Standard carpet, blue
    • Booth identification sign, 7”x44”
    • Standard 6’ skirted table and two standard chairs
  • Six one-day Exhibitor Registrations (includes one-day access to technical sessions, exhibits and all other activities hosted on the exhibition floor)
  • Unlimited single 45-day Job Postings on SAE Career Center site @ sae.org/careers March 26 – April 16, 2019 (access code and instructions will be provided upon submission of this contract). WCX attendees will have the ability to electronically view your open positions onsite within the Career Central area.
