Enrollment

Q: How do I enroll in the Accident Reconstruction Certificate Program from SAE?

A: The Accident Reconstruction Certificate Program and its individual courses have rolling admission. So you can enroll for courses at your convenience by visiting each course page and registering.

 

Q: How can I determine if a course is ACTAR approved?

A: Select courses in the Accident Reconstruction Certificate Program are ACTAR approved. This is noted on the appropriate individual course pages with an asterisk (*) by the course name.

Course Descriptions and Requirements

Q: Do any of the courses need to be taken in a specific order?

A: No. The only requirement is to complete the three (3) required courses and three (3) elective courses of your choice within five years.

 

Q: How can I keep track of my progress in the Accident Reconstruction Certificate Program?

A: You can track your progress for this and all other SAE continuing education programs and courses by visiting mylearn.sae.org under the My Transcript tab.

Certificate Completion, Transcripts, and Credits

Q: How do I receive CEUs and SAE Certificate of Achievement documentation for individual courses in the Accident Reconstruction Certificate Program?

A: To receive these items above for each course, you must complete the program requirements, typically consisting of completion of the course and passing of the learning assessment.

 

Q: How do I go about receiving my Accident Reconstruction Certificate from SAE once I’ve completed the entire program?

A: Once the you’ve completed the three (3) required courses and three (3) elective courses, please email customerservice@sae.org or call 877-606-7323 to request your program certificate. Upon receipt, our professional development team will review your records to verify completion of all program requirements before sending a completion certificate.
