The process of publishing an SAE Edge Research Report includes the following:

  • Sending a proposal to monica.nogueira@sae.org
  • Receiving the approval for it or having to change it after a technical review is performed
  • Signing a publication agreement
  • Following the steps and templates required by SAE
  • Submitting the first draft for comments both from SAE and the contributors to the report
  • Submitting the final report after all the comments and suggestions have been incorporate
  • The author is paid US$5000 per Edge Research Report
